ghshrt Sir Alexander Fleming was born at Lochfield near Darvel in Ayrshire, Scotland on August 6th, 1881. He attended Louden Moor abbreviate aim, Darvel School, and Kilmarnock honorary society before moving to London where he attended the Polytechnic.
